Remote Support

If you are having computer trouble such as emails not working, annoying pop-ups that just seem to never go away, or you just cannot seem to get your printer driver to install, we can fix a lot of these issues remotely.  As long as you have a stable internet connection we can help solve the problem without you needing to leave your home or business or requiring an onsite visit.


After we have fixed any issues we will notify you that the remote session will be permanently terminated which will remove our access software from your computer giving full control back to you without the worry of having anything lingering in the background. On-site Support

Are you having trouble at home or in the office with an annoying IT issue? We can come to you, no matter where you are in the state we can find solutions and fix your technological problems. If required, we can also attend the site to pick up the problematic item and fix it back at the office to cause you the least amount of inconvenience possible.

Whether it is a printer playing up, the internet being slow, Wi-Fi connectivity issues, your computer not starting up correctly, or everything in between, we can fix it for you so you can concentrate on everything else you need to do and have all your issues resolved quickly.

After Hours Support

Just because our office shuts at 5:00 pm, this does not mean our service stops, even on weekends and public holidays. If you are having technical issues, we are always here to help, whether remotely or you require an on-site visit. Call us on (03) 6343 1700 and press 1 to get in touch with our after-hours tech who will be able to help get you back up and running with as little downtime as possible.

Please be aware after-hours support is charged at a higher rate and is a minimum of 30 minutes labour charge.  If an onsite visit is required that will also incur an additional fee and will have a minimum of 1 hour labour charge. All fees will be discussed with you before proceeding with any technical support.

Service Agreements

Sub-Contract Jobs

Do you need regular or one off tech support in Tasmania to help assist with a tricky issue, maybe a site is having internet issues making remote access impossible, or you just need someone onsite for an update or upgrade. We have the equipment, knowledge and experience to help you get everything back up and running as fast as possible. We can also assist with new site setups, site moves or decommissioning of old sites and arrange for old equipment to be sent back to you or disposed of if requested.

We do offer reduced rates depending on the frequency and length of jobs required.
