3CX Annual Maintenance

Full maintenance of 3CX phone system including provisioning of new Plexus supplied phones, 3CX server software updates, phone firmware updates, public holidays, and voicemail configuration. 10 additional back-end configuration changes (BLF changes, call routing changes, etc.)

Please note this does not include onsite setup of new phones/headsets or provisioning of 3rd party supplied phones and devices.
